sanjeevmangla.org is run by the Sanjeev Mangla Foundation, a registered public charitable trust (Reg. No. 11713, Palwal, 2023). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Information on this website

We share information about our work in good faith and try to keep it accurate. Dates and venues of camps and events can change, so please confirm with us before travelling. Nothing on this website is medical advice: whether you can donate blood is decided by the blood bank team at the camp.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary and are paid by UPI directly into the Foundation's bank account. We never ask for or store card or bank details.
• Your receipt is emailed after we confirm the payment in our bank account.
• Donations are not currently eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G. We will update this page if that changes.
• We accept donations only from Indian residents, from Indian bank accounts. The Foundation is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, so we cannot accept foreign contributions.
• Donations are used for the Foundation's charitable work. We follow the purpose you choose; if a purpose is already fully met, we use the amount where it is needed most.
• Please enter correct details. Entering a false or someone else's UPI reference is not allowed.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.

Memories and photos you send us

• When you send us a memory or a photo, you confirm that you wrote it or have the right to share it, and, where appropriate, the permission of people in the photo.
• You allow the Foundation, free of charge and non-exclusively, to show it on this website and the Foundation's social media pages in his remembrance.
• We may lightly edit for length or spelling, remove personal details such as phone numbers, or decide not to publish.
• You can ask us to remove your memory or photo at any time.

Acceptable use

Please do not send spam, false information or abusive content; try to break into, overload, copy in bulk or interfere with the website; or attempt to change payment details shown on it. We may block access that misuses the website.

Photos and content

Photos and text on this website belong to the Foundation or to the people who wrote or took them. Tributes are shown with the writers' permission. Please ask us before reusing them. Sharing a link to any page is always welcome.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Palwal, Haryana.
